Resetting a NetID Password and NetID Activation follow the same steps.

To activate your NetID account, please visit the Self-Service Password Reset page.

 

You will be asked to enter your NetID username and click submit.

 

 

Note: If you don’t know your NetID username, please use our Account Recovery Tool. Enter your preferred email listed in ctcLink, often a personal email, and your NetID username will be emailed to that address. The email will be from o365 Relay with a subject of Your WWCC Account Details.

 

After entering your NetID username, an email will be sent to your preferred email address listed in ctcLink, often a personal email, with a verification code, which to enter in this step.

 

 

Password requirements for your NetID are at least 14-characters, we recommend using a passphrase, meaningful words or phrases, which will make it easier to recall.  The passphrase may not have any part of your identifying information such as your first name, last name, birth date, ID numbers, etc.
