IMPORTANT: Please verify the preferred email address, often a personal email address, you have on file with WarriorLink/ctcLink, matches with the email address you will use during the following steps.  


NetID Password reset and account activations follow the same process.

ctcLink Activation


The first account to activate is ctcLink, please note that these two terms refer to the same account. To learn more about what services this account grants access to, visit www.wwcc.edu/netid

 

Please visit the link below and select Activate ctcLink:

Then, scroll to the bottom of the ctcLink login page and select Activate Your Account:

After that, you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and your ctcLink ID.

Finally, you will be asked to:

  • enter your personal email
  • choose a security question
  • an answer to that security question (answer needs to be at least 6 consecutive characters long)
  • phone number
  • and finally, your password for this account

NetID Activation

 

To learn more about services NetID account provides access to visit www.wwcc.edu/netid

 

To activate your NetID account, please visit the Self-Service Password Reset page.

 

You will be asked to enter your NetID username and click submit.

 

 

Note: If you don’t know your NetID username, please use our Account Recovery Tool. Enter your personal email on file and your NetID username will be emailed to that address.

 

After entering your NetID username, an email will be sent to your personal email address with a verification code, which then you can enter on this step.

 

 

Password requirements for your NetID are at least 14-characters, we recommend using a passphrase, meaningful words or phrases, which will make it easier to recall.  The passphrase may not have any part of your identifying information such as your first name, last name, birth date, ID numbers, etc.
