The subscription is free as long as you’re an active student enrolled in classes.

The subscription is free as long as you’re an active WWCC Employee.


The steps below also apply to Mac OS devices.


Please note: 

Microsoft 365 products will not install on a Chromebook

To use Microsoft 365 applications on a Chromebook, please download the apps from the Google Play App Store or use the web.

Windows – Office 365 Installation

1.  Login to Outlook, Student School email account 

    (Use Your NetID--the same credentials as logging into email.)

2.  Click on the App Launcher - 9 white squares in top left

3.  The window for the apps opens

4.  Click on Microsoft 365 on the right side of the App Launcher window

5.  Box to install apps opens on the right side of your screen, towards the top


7.  Click on the drop down arrow to the right of Install apps

8.  Click on the first option

9.  Box appears with Office Setup.exe

In Google Chrome the download box is at the bottom 



10.  In Mozilla Firefox, there is a download progress symbol on the top right.

11.  While it may look a bit different from below, look for a Sign In button.  Select the Sign In button login with your NetID with the long password. (This is the same login used to check student email.)
