  • Impact: There are no expected impacts during this transition period. If you have FreshDesk page bookmarked, please use www.wwcc.edu/helpdesk to land on our new ticketing application powered by TeamDynamix.
  • New Look: Our new ticketing system will look similar to this:

  • How to Sumit a Ticket: Once on our new system, please choose View Service Catalog or Services, which is located on the top navigation menu.


    Then, please choose the category or closest category you're needing assistance with. Once in that category, there will be several services available:


    Finally, once you've selected the service or service option closest to what you need help with, you'll find the "Request Assistance" button on the right side of the screen:
