When the help desk makes a change on your WarriorLink account, you need to "empty the cache", log out, and login again.  Emptying the cache removes any temporarily saved old data that may prevent you from seeing new data.  Here's how to empty the cache on Android/iPhones:


On an iPhone:

 

  1. Tap the Firefox Menu button. ...
  2. Tap the "History" menu item. ...
  3. Tap the "Clear Recent History..." menu item. ...
  4. Choose the time-frame you want to clear. ...
  5. Tap "Done" to close the History.

 

On an Android:

  1. On your Android, open the Firefox menu. ...
  2. Find the "Settings" item and tap on it. ...
  3. Tap the "Clear private data" item. ...
  4. Choose the types of data to clear. ...
  5. Tap "Clear Data" to delete.
