Recommended Browser for WarriorLink: Firefox
Pop Ups: PeopleSoft (the software that runs WarriorLink) uses pop ups. Enable Pop ups for in Firefox for these three URLs to make sure you have full functionality:
Firefox Browser -> Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Permissions
Click “Exceptions” across from Block pop-up windows
Enter:
Click “Allow” and click “Save Changes”
Troubleshooting - PeopleSoft is a cloud-based software. Using multiple tabs or windows, having pop ups blocked, or making configuration changes to your default settings can all cause the software confusion over what to display to you. If you are experiencing difficulty, you can usually resolve it by yourself by doing a little bit of troubleshooting.
- Try signing out and signing back in (actually sign out, don't just click the X as that doesn't really sign you out).
- Clear the cache in your browser
- Close your browser fully (all tabs/windows)
- Try all three Troubleshooting steps
- If all three steps do not resolve your issue, restart your computer and log in again.
