To start forwarding your Teams calls to your Teams voicemail, click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then select Settings > Calls. Under Call answering rules, choose If unanswered and select Voicemail. You can also set calls to configure your voicemail by selecting Configure voicemail. 

If you like your calls to be forwarded to one of your team members, you can do so under the Configure voicemail settings. 

Look for the Call answer rules, and click on the first drop-down option to select Let the caller record a message or be transferred to someone else, then enter the name of the person you like the caller to be transferred to.
