Teams - Schedule Meetings

Did you know that in addition to setting meetings with members of our WWCC organization, you can also set up meetings, much like Zoom, with those who are not part of our organization? 

 

Start by selecting the Calendar icon on the left-side navigation bar of Teams and then choose “New meeting” located at the top-right side of your screen. After that, just enter the title of your meeting and enter the email of the recipient. Edit the rest of the fields and select “Send.”

The recipient will then receive an email with the title and description of your meeting, along with a link to join the meeting.
