Problem: Student started the quarter and had access to their courses, but a few days into the quarter, their classes disappeared.
Explanation: Canvas enrollment is controlled by the registration system. If the Registrar drops a student from a class, they will also lose access to that class in Canvas. Within the first couple of weeks of the quarter, these drops are usually related to issues with tuition.
Please contact the Registrar (509-527-4282) to resolve enrollment issues. Once resolved, the student will get added back into Canvas and any posts or submissions will still be there.
